The importance of running
Running is our basic form of motoric movement. It is an excellent means of developing harmonious body and the operation of circulatory system (lungs, heart etc.). It helps equipping students with basic physical and psychic competences and abilities to work harder. In many sports running is the first step to make students try their fitness and stamina. It also develops strength and velocity as well as sense of time and competitive skills and abilities.
