8. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: standing about 1, 5 metres far from one of the ends of the mat in front of the other end.

  1. stretch arms at sides, bend torso to the left, swing arm to the right into “S” position,  swing right arm, lift left arm, keep arms straight at sides. Lift let leg back,  arms held high
  2. lower to left knee sit, swing arms , keep arms at chest level, legs closed with left leg, supported tuck position
  3. forward roll into supported tuck position
  4. backward roll into supported tuck position
  5. supported tuck position into shoulder stand
  6. forward roll, sit with supported hands behind body, starting position
