2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: sit on knees; keep hands aside at the end of the mat, in front of the other end

  1. jump into supported tuck position, swing arms , arms in front of chest level, keep wrists crossed, swing arms into supported tuck position
  2. forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. jump into straddle with 180 degree angle turn to the left, swing arms, keep arms at  sides, jump into supported tuck position
  4. backwards roll into shoulder stand (3 sec) jump into supported tuck position
  5. jump into push-up, jump into supported tuck position
  6. roll backward into supported tuck position
  7. lifting up, swing left leg forward, swing arms, keep arms at sides, jump into supported tuck position, swing left leg into starting position
