3. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: standing at the end of the mat in front of the other end.

  1. Step forward, swing arms forwards and upwards overhead, lift right leg backwards to arabesque.
  2. Swing legs; push through feet to extend body in air, swing arms upwards overhead
  3. Closing legs, supported tuck position
  4. Roll forward, roll into supported tuck
  5. Starting position again
