11. Exercise
2x8 metre big mat
Starting position: stand 1-1, 5 metre far from one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.
- jump into straddle, turn torso to the left, arms are around nape, turn torso to the right, bend torso forward, touch the ground
- jump into supported tuck position, forward roll into supported tuck position
- push high, arms on hips and bounce forward twice, jump into supported tuck position
- backward roll into supported tuck position
- jump into straddle, hands on the ground, jump into supported tuck position
- backward roll into shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
- jump, kneel on left leg, (right leg is bent front-wards), arms on shoulders
