11. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand 1-1, 5 metre far from one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.

  1. jump into straddle, turn torso to the left, arms are around nape, turn torso to the right, bend torso forward, touch the ground
  2. jump into supported tuck position, forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. push high, arms on hips and bounce forward twice, jump into supported tuck position
  4. backward roll into supported tuck position
  5. jump into straddle, hands on the ground, jump into supported tuck position
  6. backward roll into shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
  7. jump, kneel on left leg, (right leg is bent front-wards), arms on shoulders
