2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand at one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.

  1. lift onto toes, swing arms, keep arms straight at sides, jump with circling arms downward, land into bended position, lower into supported tuck position
  2. lift into shrink head position (3sec), lower into supported tuck position
  3. forward roll with flying phase into supported tuck position
  4. stretch left leg back into right supported tuck position, stretch right knee while pushing hip backward, right knee bended while lowering into right supported tuck position, closed legs from left to right, stretch torso into supported tuck position and swing arms, keep arms straight at sides
  5. lift onto toes, swing arms onto chest level, jump, circle arms downward, land with bended stand, starting position
