4. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand 2-2, 5 metre far from one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.

  1. jump into  straddle, swing arms at sides  at chest level, circle arms downward, bounce with right knee, jump into tuck position, swing arms at chest level
  2. forward roll with flying position into supported tuck position
  3. jump into push-up, leap into supported straddle, lift hip, push hip backward and touch right ankle with left hand, lower hip, swing arm into straddle support, leap into push-up, legs are closed
  4. lower onto stomach, turn with 180 degree angle, lie down into supine position, stretch arms, held arms high, lift torso into bended seat
  5. stretch legs forward into stretched seat, turn torso forward and touch ankle, forward roll into supported tuck position
  6. jump into straddle, touch the ground, lean back, support body between legs, backward roll into supported tuck position
  7. leap onto left knee (right leg front-wards, bended) swing arms high up, base position
