Fun Games

  1. Catching the hoop (the number of players and the hoops are the same. While running around the hoops children have to jump into the middle of their hoops on a command- springing up with one foot and landing with the other foot).

  4. Catch and limp (hopping on one foot while the other foot is lifted up to the buttocks. The child who is caught will sit down).

  6. Touching different things hanging from a ceiling while trying to jump up.
  7. Holding a balloon high up the air and trying to catch it while hopping.
  8. The Student who can touch many hanging things within the shortest time will be the winner (Murer K., 200).
  9. Using a rope (with a single leg, double legs, running forward, coming to squat position in place, to do exercises with double rope).
  10. Outspreading ropes in different places of the gym on various heights. Children try to catch each other.
  11. One or more “hunters” chase “rabbits”. If they can find shelter behind a rope they are safe in the house.

  13. Hopping while trying to catch the others (frog jump, lame fox, rabbit jump).
  14. Relay competitions with hopping exercises.
  15. Hopping snake: children are holding each other’s shoulders while hopping on a single leg. The child to be the first in the line decides where to go.
  16. Children are hopping on a single leg and for a sign/clap they will jump into a ring.
  17. A student is twirling a rope with a specified tempo and the other children will jump over this rope with various modes (double legs with high knees etc.).
