Middle- and long distance running

These are the most popular competitions, they attract many people. The aim is to win by using minimized energy and achieve high performance. Short stature, long limbs, loose joint are advantageous. Naturally age is also a crucial factor. The average age of middle- distance runners is 25-30 years, while long - distance runners age is between 30-35 years.
