4. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: standing at the end of the mat in front of the other end.

  1. swing left knee forwards, bend arms, hands are on hips, show straight and extended body, roll into supported tuck
  2. roll forwards into supported tuck, jump into straddle, swing arms high and clap over head
  3. jump into supported tuck, roll backwards into supported tuck
  4. stand on toes, swing arms aside slantwise, arms held high, starting position
