2x8 metre big mat
Starting position: standing at the end of the mat in front of the other end.
- swing left knee forwards, bend arms, hands are on hips, show straight and extended body, roll into supported tuck
- roll forwards into supported tuck, jump into straddle, swing arms high and clap over head
- jump into supported tuck, roll backwards into supported tuck
- stand on toes, swing arms aside slantwise, arms held high, starting position
