Teaching how to become independent
Athletes should understand that their chance to win is to work with their own techniques and tactics without copying others’ methods. To be able to achieve the aim of becoming independent personalities athletes’ physical and mental fitness as well as co-ordination abilities are needed. If quality is also part of athletes’ motivation and techniques then they will have the chance to work out their own styles.
