2x8 metre big mat
Starting position: lifted left knee (right leg forward, bended), hands are at chest level, wrists crossing at the end of the mat, facing it
- stretch left leg back with hands support into right supported tuck position
- forward roll into supported tuck position, jump into straddle, bend torso forward and swing rams, arms are on hips, forward roll into supported tuck position
- push up into handstand (3 sec), lower into supported tuck position
- leap into straddle, support hands between legs, wave/swing torso, close legs, lie down into supine position
- push leg and hip into shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
- jump into push-up, 90 degree angle turn to the left into side push-up, standing position
