2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: lifted left knee (right leg forward, bended), hands are at chest level, wrists crossing at the end of the mat, facing it

  1. stretch left leg back with hands support into right supported tuck position
  2. forward roll into supported tuck position, jump into straddle, bend torso forward and swing rams, arms are on hips, forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. push up into handstand (3 sec), lower into supported tuck position
  4. leap into straddle, support hands between legs, wave/swing torso, close legs, lie down into supine position
  5. push leg and hip into shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
  6. jump into push-up, 90 degree angle turn to the left into side push-up, standing position
