2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand at one of the end of mat, back to the other end

  1. lower into tuck position , swing hands into side position
  2. backward roll into supported tuck position, backward roll into supported tuck position, stretch knees, bend torso forward
  3. knee flexion and torso into tuck position and swing arms, arms on hip, turn with 180 degree angle to the left and stretch arms at chest level, bent torso forward
  4. forward roll into supported tuck position, stretch right leg into left supported tuck position
  5. forward roll into supported tuck position
  6. lift left leg into floating position, lift right leg back, swing stretched arms high (2 sec), base position
