Discipline, self-discipline
One of the most important features of martial arts (judo choke, karate kicks etc.) is strict rules which everyone should comply. To keep martial art at bay within the frame of sports motions, techniques and tactics should be used consciously (Dorka, 2006).
We can be considered self-disciplined athletes if we do not give up even when the tolerance limit of pain is exceeded. We torture ourselves to remain in our weight category (instead of eating stew we keep dieting for months).
