5. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: standing at the end of the mat in front of the other end.

  1. swing arms, keep arms high, knee bouncing, swing arms at chest level while bouncing
  2. swing arms, supported tuck position, roll backwards into supported tuck position
  3. roll backwards into shoulder stand (3 sec)
  4. backward roll into supported tuck
  5. step out into  left  offensive position, bend arms onto hips, starting position
