7. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: standing about 1, 5 metres far from one of the ends of the mat in front of the other end.

  1. lift on toes, swing arms to side, arms held high, descend into right bended stand position, arms are on hips, legs closed, lifting on toe position, keep arms straight at the  back
  2. lower into supported tuck position, backward roll onto shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. jump into push-up, push hips up, push hips back, descend hips into push-up, jump into supported tuck position
  4. forward roll into supported tuck position
  5. jump, swing arms, arms held high, knee flexion on landing, starting position
