Running competitions
- During a relay race three members of a team take turns with a baton. Which of the teams run within 5 or x minutes the longest distance?
- Sprinting: there are teams of 3-6 members. After the first race each athlete is rewarded with a point depending on his/her performance. In the second race only those contestants can participate who have achieved the same, similar result.
- Endless relay: a track is divided up into 400 m and 8x50 m long phases. The number of the runners is nine. Two athletes start the race.
