Self-control, self-regulation
Self-control is the ability to control our emotions, behaviour and desires. Both during and outside competitions the psychophysical and psychological features of athletes should be analyzed and followed up. These data may give us new direction how and to what extent we should change the workouts, the stages and length of our trainings. All these may support athletes to participate at the Olympic Games.
