10. Exercise

2x8 metre big mat

Starting position: stand 2-2, 5 metre far from one of the ends of mat in front of the other end.

  1. lower into supported tuck position, jump into push-up, descend onto stomach, straight arms held high, 360 degree angle turn to the left,  bend arms and keep them beside chest, lift up into push-up
  2. jump into supported tuck position, backward roll into shoulder stand (3 sec), forward roll into supported tuck position
  3. jump with 90 degree angle to the left, straddle, swing arms held high, clap over head, jump with 90 degree angle to the left, jump into supported  tuck position
  4. forward roll into supported tuck position
  5. jump with 90 degree angle to the left into straddle swing arms held high, clap over head, jump with 90 degree angle to the left, jump into supported  tuck position
  6. backward roll into supported tuck position
  7. starting position, swing arms backward
