Starting position: Standing in front of a step pad/box, left lateral position
Count 1.: step up with your left leg
Count 2.: Step up with your right leg
Count 3.: Step down to the left with your right leg
Count 4.: Step down to the right with your right leg
Count 5.: Step up with your left leg
Count 6.: Step up with your right leg
Count 7.: Step down to the left with your left leg
Count 8.: Step down to the right with your right leg

Arm workout:
Starting position: Arms hanging by the sides
Count 1-2: Stretch your arms forward, to shoulder height
Count 3-4: Stretch your arms to the sides, to shoulder height
Count 5-6: Stretch your arms forward, to shoulder height
Count 7-8: Bring your arms down to the starting position
