11. Practice Test: testing the flexibility of the hip flexors

Starting position: Lie down on a gymnastic box, bent knees, feet on the edges of the box 

Task: Pull both knees to your chest, hold one knee at the chest, and let the other leg hang down, with a bent knee, by the box

Possible mistakes:

  • one of the thighs will not touch the chest properly
  • the hanging leg will not be in a vertical position
