XIV.

Starting position: Standing in front of a step pad/box, right lateral position
Count 1-2.: Step up with your right foot, bring up your left foot
Count 3-4.: Step down backwards with your right foot, bring the left foot down
Count 5-8.: walk forward to the left, cross to the other side

Arm workout:
Count 1-4.: Arm circles to the inside, with both arms
