Exercises done during movement (advancing between two base lines or the two side lines)

  • Run with arm exercises (arm circles, arm pulling, alternate arm circling forward, etc.) with a ball in the hand. 
  • Run with exercises (heel or knee flinging, side or cross step, hop) with a ball in the hand.
  • The above two types of exercises combined (e.g. run with heel flinging and alternate arms circling forward).
  • Run with the ball taken from one hand into the other above the head.
  • Run with the ball taken from one hand into the other, in front and behind the body.
  • Run with the ball taken from one hand into the other, under the leg flinging forward.
  • Throw up and catch the ball after clapping while running.
  • Throw up the ball while running; catch it after clapping under the leg flinging forward.
  • Throw up the ball while running; catch it after touching the ground.
  • Throw up the ball while running; catch it after turning 360 degrees.
