Examples of exercises with two balls

  1. Partners walk in place facing each other, for three counts, and on the fourth count one of them passes the ball, throwing it with both hands from the chest, while the other passes the ball bouncing it, from the chest. Then they switch.

  2. The previous exercise can be performed while running in place.
  3. Partners stand with spread legs, facing each other; one of them passes the ball to the partner with both hands form the chest, the other from above the head. On receiving the ball they simultaneously close your legs. They perform the exercise again the opposite way.

  4. Both partners perform two simultaneous step-touch jumps, at the first step they bounce the ball on the ground, at the first touch they catch it, and on the second step they toss it up, on the second touch they catch it, they run in place for four counts. At the first count one pupil passes the ball from the chest (the other bounces it down from the chest), at the second count they catch each others' balls, at the third count s/he bounces the ball to the partner (the partner passes their ball from the chest), on the fourth count they catch each other's balls.

  5. Both partners do a lunge backward, one pupil bounces the ball to the partner, while the other pupil does the chest pass. When they catch the balls they simultaneously close feet, then they do a lunge backward with the other leg.

  6. The pupils do step-touch sequences facing each other, both moving in the same direction. On the first step they bounce the ball, on the touch they catch it, then transfer the ball to the partner in various ways, as agreed. They perform the exercise backwards, in the same way.
