Step Aerobics

The step aerobics is an enhanced version of aerobics, which uses an elevated platform called the step pad.  It is such a choreographed type of class, where the step platform makes steps and exercise practices more difficult to carry out. The simple exercises and routines of stepping up and down are easy to learn. Relative to the step combinations, arm movements, the music tempo, and the height of the step pad we distinguish the basic, the intermediate and the advance levels of step aerobics.
