The step pad
The step pad is a 'box' of variable height, 60x40 cm in size, adjustable to the height of 10, 15, and 20 cm, so it can easily be used for children of different age and size.
As a result, the intensity of the exercises can be increased. For the safe implementation of exercises 118-126 BPM music is recommended.
