Individual exercises

  • Walk in place, swing the ball to each side, with straight and bent arms.

  • Walk in place, bounce the ball to the count of music, toss it up and catch it.

  • Jump in place on both legs, swing the ball to each side, bounce it, toss it up and catch it

  • Do lunges slantwise and backward, swing the ball, arms straight and bent, toss and catch the ball.

  • Do lunges forward, backward and slantwise, swing the ball, arms straight and bent, bounce and dribble the ball.

  • Jump in place, raising your knees, touch your knee and head with the ball four times each.

  • Jump in place, raising your knees, keep the arms straight up and pass the ball from one hand to the other.
  • Jump in place, bring your knees up, pass the ball from one hand to the other behind your back.
  • Stand straight in place, lift your knees up, pass the ball under your bent knee, passing it from one hand to the other.

  • Do „swing step", swinging the ball from one hand to the others, arms straight and bent; bounce, dribble, toss and catch the ball.

  • Do double step-touch to the side, turn round, swing the ball with straight and bent arms, bounce, dribble, toss and catch the ball.

  • Step-touch forward and back, bounce, toss up and catch the ball.
  • Jump in place three times, and then lift the leg and step on the ball. Switch legs.

  • Jump, with legs slightly apart, touch the ball on the ground in front of you with each foot, switching legs.

  • Jump forward and back eight times, dribble the ball, switching legs.

  • Do jumping jacks with your legs, bounce and catch the ball, then toss it up and catch it.
