IX.

Starting position: Stand straight
Count 1-2.: Step up with the left foot forward, bring the right foot up
Count 3-4.: Step down with your left foot forward, bring the right foot up
Count 5-8.: Walk forward to the right side, cross to the other side

Arm work:
1. Count 1-2.: Bend your elbows up (curl ups forward)
Count 3-4.: lower your arms to the start position

2. Count 1.: Bend your left elbow up forward
Count 2.: Bend your right elbow up forward
Count 3.: Lower your left arm
Count 4.: Lower your right arm
