Taking up the position in one line

  • The members of the trio are 2 or 3 metres away from each other; those at the two sides turn toward each other, the two people at the sides have a ball each and they perform passes with one hand in the following way.
    • One on either side passes the ball to the one in the centre, who passes it back and turns toward the one on the other side, from whom he also gets the ball and then returns it; after 5-5 passes, they change places.
    • The two people on the sides pass the ball at the same time, in a way that one of them passes it to the one in the centre, the other one passes it to the one on the other side; then the one in the centre quickly passes to the one on the side without the ball, and the exercise starts over again; after five rounds they change places.
  • The members of the trio are 2 or 3 metres away from each other; all three turn to the direction they advance toward, the two people on the sides have a ball each and they perform passes with one hand, advancing from base line to base line or from side line to side line, in a way that those on the sides pass the ball to the one in the centre, who returns it to the one he received it from; this exercise can also be done running sideways, passing with two hands.
