More advanced exercises
- Starting Position: a basic position in front of the balance disc; step on the balance disc with the left foot, lifting the right knee, then step back with the right foot, and then with the left. Repeat in the opposite direction.
- Starting Position: a basic position facing the balance disc; the same as above but lift the heel when stepping back.
- Exercises 16 and 17, with a knee and heel lift, repeat three times!
- Starting Position: Stand in front of the balance disc, feet apart. Step on the balance disc with the left leg, lifting the right knee, then step down with the right foot and then with the left foot, repeat in the opposite direction.
- Starting Position: crouching on the balance disc. Maintain balance with your arms stretched to each side.
- Starting Position: squatting on the balance disc. Knee dips four times, then knee extension and bending your trunk four times towards the disc.
