Starting position: Stand up straight
coun1-2. t: Step up forward with your right foot, bring up your left foot
Count 3-4.: Step down forward with your right foot, bring your left foot down
Count 5-8.: walk to the left forward, cross to the other side

Arm workout:
1. Count 1-2.: Bend your elbows up (curl ups forward)
Count 3-4.: lower your arms to the start position

2. Count 1.: Bend your right elbow up forward
Count 2.: Bend your left elbow up forward
Count 3.: Lower your right arm
