The numbered mat

  1. Jumping on both legs in even number squares, on one leg in odd number squares
  2. Jumping only in a vertical direction, always returning to the middle square.
  3. See the previous task, only in a horizontal direction
  4. In a ‘throwing at targets’ competition you need to throw a ring on the mat. The higher the number on the square, the more points you get. Increasing distance can make the task more difficult.
  5. We decide on and follow a specified numerical order
  6. Continuous jumping over a specified period of time.
  7. While jumping you should skip the zero square.
