Starting position: Standing straight
Count 1-2.: Step up forward with your left foot, bring the right foot up
Count 3-4.: Step down with your left foot, bring the right foot down
Count 5-6.: Step up with your right foot, bring the left foot up
Count 7-8.: Step down with your left foot, bring your right foot down

Arm workout:
1. Count 1-2: Raise your arms to your chest, to shoulder height
Count 3-4: Stretch your arms to the sides, to shoulder height
Count 5-6: Bend your arms to the chest
Count 7-8: bring your arms down, to the starting position

2 Count. 1.: Raise your arms to the chest
Count 2.: Stretch your arms to the sides, to shoulder height
Count 3.: Bend your arms to your chest
Count 4.: bring your arms down, to the starting position
Count 5-8.: All as Count 1-4.
