- Exercises that can be done with two balls, in place or advancing:
- Students A and C have a ball each. A passes it to B, who passes it to C, who passes it to D, while the other ball’s route is C D A B.
- Students A and D have a ball each. A passes it to B, who passes it to C, who passes it to D, while the other ball’s route is D C B A; so B and C pass the ball to each other at the same time.
