IV.5. Instruction

It is important to gradually introduce the exercises, which should be appropriate for the level of the learner, should not be boring for them or too hard to carry out. Aids may be used during all of the tasks. Aids include wall bars, a mate without skates, or it can also be helpful to carry out the tasks in pairs, with someone who is also wearing roller skates. Instructions have to be two-sided so that the right and left legs can develop in the same way.
