III.3.3. Instruction

Choosing the appropriate size:

              Body Height              Ball Diameter

              140-155 cm                     55 cm

              155 -170 cm                    65 cm

              170 -185 cm                    75 cm

If one sits on a ball of the proper size, it is easy to maintain the physiological posture of the spine. It is important that the ball should be blown to be so hard as to not let the knee angle go below 90° while bouncing.

 

                         

The structure of the class is similar to that of an aerobics class, and the basic principles are also the same. After the aerobic phase, we can do special balance exercises by sitting or kneeling on the ball individually, in pairs or in groups.
