III.4.1. Instruction

The choice of music is of key importance, as this is how we can reach the correct and technically perfect execution of the exercises. It should not be too fast, because then there is not enough time for dribbling or throwing up the ball. It should be adjusted to the group’s age and their previous experience. Recommended pace:  125-138 BPM.

The structure of the class is similar to that of basic aerobics. After warm-up, learners can work individually, in pairs or in groups, where they practice ball passes, bounces and kicks combined with aerobics steps. Strength training also happens with the help of the ball, then the class ends with stretching.
