Hit-in: when the ball leaves the rink a hit-in is awarded. Players of the opposing team are allowed to line-up before the ball but a 3 m distance needs to be kept from the place the hit-in is taken.

Free hit: in the case of an infraction, the non-offending team is awarded a free hit. It shall be executed in 3 seconds, otherwise the other team gets the right to hit. The players of the offending team may line up but a 3 m distance needs to be kept from the place the hit is taken. Violation is sanctioned by bench penalty.

Face-off: at the beginning of each period, after scoring and in the case the ball touches the ceiling face-off shall be taken. In the latter case, the face-off is to be taken at the nearest face-off dot.

Penalty: Penalty shot is imposed together with a 2 minute bench penalty. It is executed the same way as in ice hockey. The player stands at centre, and tries to score after dribbling the ball towards the goal. During the shot, all the other players shall leave the rink. The player carrying out the shot is allowed only to hit the ball forward. If he/she pulls it back or stops it, a free hit from the corner is awarded to the opponent. If a goal is scored, the penalized player may return to the rink. If the penalty is missed, the penalized player shall incur full time of penalty unless the other team scores a goal.
