I.2.2. Beach korfball

Beach korfball, an excellent game for waterfronts, is a perfect choice for a sandy beach activity. Teams consisting of 4 players (2 females, 2 males) play on a playing area, the dimensions of which are 20 x 20 m. The post is in the middle of the court.

The legs of the right-angled triangles in the corners are 7 m long. Goals scored from these areas count as two. When the defending team seizes the ball, they have to get it in one of these zones (pertaining to the rules of korfball). Attacks can be started after that. If a team fails to play the ball properly, the team scores an own-goal. The team against which a goal is scored leads the next attack from one of the triangles.

Substitution is allowed anytime and multiple times. Substituted players can return to the game. The rest of the rules are the same as in korfball.
