III.5.2. Instruction

Before starting the instruction, it is important to choose and adjust the length of the rope to the skipper’s height. While stepping on the middle of the rope, its handles should be at the shoulders. Shorter ropes are used for speed disciplines. It is also important to wear good trainers. It is not recommended to jump barefoot. The choice of music is also key, as it contributes to the success of the exercises and lifts the mood. The appropriate paces is between 110-140 BPM depending on the abilities of the participants.
