III.1.7. Basic class

The most common class is the basic one that consists of traditional elements, while other types of class are modified versions of this. At a basic class, the proportion of endurance training and strength training is 50-50%. It is allowed to change that depending on what the goal of the class is. There are endurance training, strengthening/body shaping and weight loss/fat burning classes. They last 55-60 minutes.
