Wrestling on your knees

Number of participants: the whole class, in pairs

Necessary equipment: tatami or carpets, stopwatch

Skills: balance, strength, body combat, endurance

The pairs kneel down facing each other.

Aim: to get the partner to lie down on his/her back.

Pulling, pushing is allowed to move the partner out of the balanced position.

Rules:

  1. It is forbidden to pull on the neck with both hands, stretch the spine backwards, push the eyes, scratch the face, push the nose, etc.
  2. The second member of each pair cannot stand up. A half-kneeling position is the maximum allowed.
  3. We can play until the first victory or with a time limit.
