Turn over

Number of participants: the whole class, in pairs

Necessary equipment: tatami or carpets, stopwatch

Skills: strength, body combat, endurance

The pairs sit down with their backs to each other, legs stretched out. The backs are put against and also pushed against each other, arms are clasped together at the elbows. This position of the arms should be kept throughout the game.

Aim: to turn our partner over and get him/her lying facing down.

Rules:

  1. The arm position has to be kept.
  2. The partners are not allowed to stand up.
  3. The backs should be touching throughout the game.
