School children’s health behaviour
The ways we live and behave naturally affect our health. If we try avoiding risks it is considered preventive behaviour unlike the one which risks our health and it is called risk behaviour (Matarzzo, 1984). These behaviours develop at the adolescence period and become later the basis of adult behaviour. Among all these it is nutrition, addiction and physical activities which are the most crucial ones.
