Heart Rate Controlled Load in PE classes

Heart rate control load is an effective method. It is worth making our students understand the importance of what physiological processes are generated by heart rate change. Knowing the reasons for faster heart beat students will understand that it does not mean health problem. By controlling their body better they will enhance their achievement. Therefore they should have information about different heart rates and heart provinces. To help them to do sports throughout their life it means that professionals have to work very hard.

It is our task to make them understand that doing either hobby or competitive sports they will be able to preserve their health and develop their achievements. To teach them basic things we will not need complicated devices and equipment. If students are aware of these methods it will be easier to monitor them and get useful data about their state of health.

In this study I am offering basic notions in relation to heart rate, age dependent heart rates, training pulse, the methods of calculation and the available heart rate monitor devices.

Monitoring heart rate is indispensable in case of athletes. The basis of all the sure-footed and professional aerobe and cardio trainings is the continuous measurement of heart rate.

This provides us with exact information about

  • reactions of our body to loading rate and physical activities
  • effectiveness of trainings
  • harmony between loading and aims

Outcomes may refer to:

  • health deterioration or health improvement
  • recognition of overtraining and
  • optimal heart rate during trainings

These data will help us gaining information about

  • chronic fatigue
  • diseases
  • stress

This information has crucial roles regarding prevention, rehabilitation, reducing weight, fat burning, stamina, amateur and competitive sports, reaction, development of aerobe capacity and performance development.
