Dimensions of the regional disproportions and inequalities in sport geography

The spatial scale of researches within sport geography is between a settlement and a global space. Thus we can talk about the inequalities among professionals, people and groups helping the organizations of sport events as well as ensuring services. The model of J. Nemes Nagy (1998) points out that there are seven inequality dimensions. They are locations, quantities and qualities, structure, roles, relationships and conjuncture. All these dimensions are present in both the development and setbacks of the regional and territorial development of sports.
