Heart rate recovery

For the calculation it is needed to have changing heart rate measured during load as well as the rate of reduction of heart rate just after load. HRrate refers to the measurement of the rate of heart beat (pulse) following the completion of aerobic exercise. It is the speed of the heartbeat measured by the number of contraction per unit of time, beats per minute (1,2,3… minutes). If athletes do not have maximum beats per minute and beats decrease with 25 beats at the end the first minute of load then it indicates hidden heart disease. After resting (10 minutes) heart rate should decrease down to resting heart pulse + 20. 2-3 minutes just after running this value should be lower with 30% than the exercise heart rate.

If heart does not calm for some time it also means that individuals have some disease or they were overworked.
