The method of teaching natural exercises
The group of natural exercises contains inborn, instinct and spontaneously learned exercises that make the muscles of the whole body work. Their effect varies and their use is very effective when the aim is to develop basic movement skills. These exercises are prerequisites of certain sports. It is advised to apply them in case of children and novice athletes. These methods develop self-esteem and will power. These exercises can be performed without keeping rhythm and space. If possible it should be inbuilt in every exercise and task.
