Table 20: Exercises on the wall bars

Starting position: Standing, facing wall bars, holding bars at chest level
1-3 beat: hopping 3x;
4 beat: jumping, turning 90 degrees to the left into a stride standing position, swinging arms to the side, to shoulder level;
5-8 beat: Repeat in the opposite direction.
Assume the starting position! Start the exercise!
1-2-3-4-hop-hop-hop-jump! …7 and stop!
Stand facing the wall bars and hold the bars at the chest level!
Hop 3x! 1-2-3!
Jump into a stride position, turning 90 degrees to the left and swinging your arms to both sides at shoulder level! 4!
Repeat in the opposite direction! 5-6-7-8!
Assume the starting position! Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-hop-hop-hop-jump! …7 and stop!
Starting position: Standing at wall bars, holding bars at chest level. Assume the starting position!
Hopping 3x! 1-2-3!
Jump with a 90 degrees turn to the left into a stride; swing the left arm to the side, shoulder level! 4!
Now the opposite direction! 5-6-7-8!

Starting position: standing in a crosswise left position, left leg horizontally on the wall bars, arms overhead
1-2 beat: arm circles to the left 2x;
3-4 beat: bending torso to the left 2x, hands behind the head.
Repeat in the opposite direction! Assume the starting position! Start the exercise!

About face! Assume the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-circles-2-bend-4! … 3 and stop!
Turn to the side so you’re your left leg faces the wall bars! Place your stretched left leg horizontally on the bars and extend your arms overhead!
Do arm circles toward the bars 2x! 1-2!
Then bend 2x toward the bars and put your arms behind your head! 3-4!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-circles-2-bend-4! … 3 and stop!
Take your legs off the bars and turn over into the other direction!
Assume the starting position! Continue the exercise! 1-2-3-4-circles-2-bend-4! … 3 and stop!
Starting position: left crosswise position, the left leg horizontally on the bars, arms overhead!

1-2 beat: lifting your knees to the left toward the bars;
3-4.ütem: straightening the knees, lowering the legs into the starting position;

Start the exercise! 1-2-3-4-to the right-6-7-down! …7 and stop!
Climb the bars and turn over into a hanging position, your back facing the bar!
Lift your knees to the left, toward the bars! 1-2!
Lower your legs into the starting position! 3-4!
Lift your knees to the right! 5-6!
And back! 7-8!

Starting position: hanging from the bars, your back facing the bar
Assume the starting position!
Knees up to the left, toward the bars! 1-2!
Straightening the knees, legs down into the starting position! 3-4!
Knees up to the right! 5-6!
Knees straight, legs down into the starting position! 7-8!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3-4-to the right-6-7-down! …7 and stop!
