Starting position:

1 beat: raising and stretching legs;
2 beat: putting legs apart;
3 beat: legs closed together;
4 beat: lowering legs and bending knees
Back to the starting position.
Down to the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-close-down!...3 and relax!
Sit down, bending your legs and facing each other, your feet together, place your hands behind you!
Stretch and raise your legs! 1!
Separate your legs in straddle position! 2!
Bring your legs together! 3!
Bend your legs and bring them down to the starting position! 4!
Continue the exercise!
1-stride-close-4!......3 and relax!
Pairs face each other, sitting with bent legs, feet together, hands placed behind the body.
Assume the starting position!
Raising and stretching the legs! 1! Legs in straddle position!
2! Legs closed together! 3!
Lowering the legs and bending them into the starting position! 4!
Continue the exercise!

Starting position: in pairs, standing upright, back to back, arms locked
1 beat: descending into a tailor seat;
2 beat: stretching legs forward into a sitting position;
3 beat: bending the knees into a tailor seat;
4 beat: standing up into the starting position.
Assume the starting position!
Start the exercise! 1-2-3-up!......3 and stop!
Stand back to back and lock your arms!
Descend into a tailor seat! 1!
Stretch your legs forward into a sitting position! 2!
Bend your knees into a tailor seat! 3! Stand up! 4!
Continue the exercise!
1-2-3,……3 and relax!
Pairs back to back, arms locked. Assume the starting position!
Descend in a tailor seat! 1!
Stretching the knees forward! 2!
Bending the knees into a tailor seat! 3!
Standing up into the starting position! 4!
Continue the exercise, start!

Starting position: participant A assumes a position on all fours, participant B is standing straight, facing A’s side, B jumps over A’s back, then gets through under the partner;
A: after B’s jump, A straightens knees and hips upward, then lowers into ‘on all fours’ position. After 10 repetitions role reversal! Start the exercise!
Member A of the pair goes down to the position on all fours, member B stands at A’s side, facing A!
Jump over A’s back, then get through under the partner!
After the jump pupil B should straighten knees and hips!
After 10 repetitions role reversal!

Starting position: Partner A assumes an ‘on all fours’ position, member B in a standing position at the partner’s side, facing A.
Assume the starting position!
B: a jump over the partner’s back, then getting through under the partner;
A: after the jump, lifting the knees and hips, then lowering them into the ‘on all fours’ position.
After 10 repetitions role reversal!
